OUR FOUNDER: DON MARGOLIS
Don founded the company in 2003. After it was organized, he retired. In 2005, he became the patient ombudsman talking to every patient treated, first by phone, then meeting them in Bangkok, then calling to check up on them after they went back home. He was away from Bangkok for half of 2006; however, when in town, he still tries to meet every patient that comes to town (fourteen hour days are the norm for him in 2007).
